Counterbore Pot Magnets

Different types of permanent magnetic pots/pot magnets sold on the market of magnetic pot assemblies. Under this category, we just introduce you cylindrical hole pot magnets, that is pot magnets with the hole in the center.Specially neodymium cup magnets with borehole under permanent magnet pot assemblies. This pot magnet assembly is just flat round base pot magnet with cylindrical borehole in the center. Disc NdFeB magnets are fixed into flat round steel cups, the hole of steel cups are usually smaller than magnets holes so that it is easy to be fixed onto other objects. Only neo magnets in the cups can guarantee the strongest magnetic force. The steel cups protect the neodymium magnet rings and prevent the ring magnets from damage. With the steel covered, the magnetic force of the neodymium ring magnets inside is more powerful. After covered by steel cups, only one magnetic surface of the magnets can be used to hold objects.Because of this, it called monopole magnet.

Our borehole holding magnets can even hold more weight than others, because we use standard high property neo magnets for each cup magnetic holder. Neodymium pot magnets with borehole have the maximum magnetic strength, but the cost is more expensive compared with ferrite pot magnets with borehole and ceramic cup magnets with the borehole. If you not need so strong magnetic force and want to save cost, it’s better to use ferrite magnets assemblies.
