(1)Standard system backward
The revision of the standard backward restricts the development of
magnetic material and permanent magnet industry. The main reason for the backward standard system is China's domestic field of magnetic materials industry started late, slow development has not yet formed a complete industrial structure.
(2)Lack of testing standards
From the statistical data, China's current permanent magnets and magnetic product testing standards are very scarce. The lack of testing standards led to the different standards in the relevant institutions, resulting in confusion, which is not conducive to the overall development of the permanent magnets industry.
(3)Standard autonomy is not strong
At present, Chinese is worthy of the name of big country for permanent magnetic material and magnetic assemblies production and manufacturing, is also global magnetic materials (including NdFeB magnets, hard ferrite magnets, SmCo magnets, AlNiCo magnets and rubber magnets)production base, exports nearly half of the total permanent magnet yield. With such the enterprises such as Dongci Group in the industry, not only in terms of permanent magnet production is in the forefront of the world, but also in the production of high-end products development has gradually reached the world advanced level. But the overall production of our country is still in the low-end magnetic products, most of the enterprises just produce raw materials for the production of foreign enterprises, the revision of the standard controlled by foreign.
(4)There is a big gap with foreign countries
Compared with the developed countries, the standard number and standard proportion in our country, there is a big gap, the field of magnetic materials and magnetic products is even more so, over the years, Western Europe and the United States, has made a lot of effort on the international and regional standardization activities, in an attempt to control long-term international power of technology standard, and did effort to become the national standard into international standard. So the magnetic materials standard mostly adopt European standard and ieC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standard. Compared with the international standard, our country magnetic material standard has a large gap with it, which is unfavorable for the magnetic material industry in international trade.
